Berry smoothie

We love berry smoothies. We recently started making them again and have found some delicious recipes. Ella asks for smoothies almost every morning. When she was 2 years old, I used to make spinach and kale smoothies and she would gulp them down. It helped that there was a tablespoon or two of Nesquik inside. Nowadays we are straight fruit, plant milks and some added grains.

To make this smoothie Ella did the following:

Gathered these ingredients

Measured in 1 cup of almond milk and small handful of grapes

Added one banana

 One 1/2 cup of blueberries

One 1/4 cup of oatmeal

One tablespoon of peanut butter
 We added some ice and a tablespoon of flaxseed.
Because the smoothie was so delicious, we didn't even get a picture of us drinking it. Hope you enjoy!!
